No Win - No Fee
Once you have submitted your free assessment form online we will then get back to you with our fee quotation.
Please note that in most cases we would endeavour to achieve an out-of-court settlement and you will pay a percentage of the settlement amount achieved.
If an out of court settlement is not achieved you will pay nothing unless you decide to proceed with a court action.
Court action UK
Where county court action is proceeded with your up-front costs are payable by you and not included in the no-win no fee arrangement. However, these costs can can be kept to minimum by our use of some economical alternatives to using lawyers and such costs may be recoverable from the other party in the event of winning the action.
Court action outside UK
Local lawyers can be recruited if you wish this and the action has a good chance of success but the fees are payable by you in advance and are not included in the no-win no-fee arrangement.
